Flutterbat Icon GalaCon Edition

At least not without asking me first. I don't bite

In November 2015 I made a Flutterbat icon. Now, I made another one because of recent events. Like, getting a Flutterbat plush at GalaCon for example. That's why that collar is there. I put one like this on the plushie.
