Victini Wallpaper

This was usually meant to be just a signature (and the signature version can be seen on my deviantart page already) but I kinda wanted to make more out of it, so I added a simple bg. Once again the bg is painted, even though there isn't a lot of details

And there is a lens flare. You can barely see it as it's mostly covered but it's there. "DING!"
